Frequently leave out ingredients if you ask for any modifications. The last time it happened, I went to get my sandwich replaced. It was made wrong again and they basically told me to kick rocks because they sandwich they made me was free. If you do go here, make sure everything you want is on your sandwich especially if you paid for extras.

I ordered the Unwich. I have gestational diabetes so it’s a nice option for me when I want to eat out. It is usually pretty good. Ordered today and there is hardly anything on it. Very disappointed.

We couldn’t eat our Subs because the bread was too hard! It tasted like the bread sat out for too long and was too crunchy. I’ve never had a sub like that before unless it’s elsewhere where they toast them.

These guys and gals KILL IT every single time I go here! We order to-go here a lot and they are ALWAYS on it! We have never had one problem yet! The food is always ready. Even when we order last minute they have it ready to go! The orders are always correct. They just make it easy to order and grab your food and be happy about it every single time!

I usually do not leave reviews, because any person or business can have a bad day. However, in the last month, I’ve ordered delivery from the N Dirksen location 5 times, and 4 of these orders took over an hour to arrive. The 5th took 45 minutes. While I understand that understaffing is plaguing multiple industries, I would rather be told the store has closed ordering for a period of time than order food and not receive it for an hour, when the product is advertised as “freaky fast”. I will not order again, as the delivery cost has increased and the performance has been sub-par.

I ordered a club lulu with extra turkey and cheese added. Regular portion of turkey(i know this because i get this sandwich often and have had it both with the added turkey as well as with just the regular portion. It’s pretty much what i order every time.) and no cheese at all was what i recieved. Not the first time this has happened by any means, they’ve forgotten one or the other several other times and i usually just don’t want to wait for a new one. But this time it was about $5 worth of extra stuff that i paid for and didn’t recieve, so I’m pretty much fed up. The two stars is actually for the delivery drivers. They are courteous every single time. If you don’t hear the door, they call you to say they’re at the door. Delivery system is top notch with excellent guys working it. It’s the make table that needs some serious help.

Update. Jimmy john corporate contacted me and said they talked to store owner. Also store owner contacted me and said they had a talk with crew about bread. I went back 2 weeks later and bread was soft and good. Bread is always hard and not fresh. 2 times out of the last 3 the bread has been hard. Asked for fresh bread and they said all they had was hard.

From waking up from a dead sleep on a 1000 mile trip from Texas, once concious enough to order a sandwich these guys really pulled what was lacking was a nice tart pickle. The pickle was bitter but regardless didn’t ruin the overall experience. Satisfied.
