today i ordered online at 11:30am with a scheduled curbside pickup time of 12:30pm, so that i could meet my daughter for lunch at 12:45pm…i arrived and checked-in for my order, waited a few minutes then called…a recording came on saying “this number is not taking calls right now”…so i waited a few more minutes, nothing…so i parked and went inside…there were about 3 ppl in line and a couple more waiting for their food…i waited for the cashier to ask to take my order and let him know that i was waiting for a curbside delivery order for about 5 minutes now…one of the guys making the sandwiches hollered out that it would be a few minutes because they were busy…i asked if the point of online ordering was so that the food would be ready when the customer arrived, he agreed and apologized…so instead of them starting my order, they proceeded to help everyone else in the restaurant while i waited…i was the last to get my order…it was 12:42pm by the time i received my order, with a “sorry”, no offer of a discount, a free drink, a cookie, nothing…so much for online ordering and curbside pickup, huh?…i guess you get better service going inside…unfortunately, it will be a long while before i try again.

If you don’t want to have to make contact with your driver, don’t risk ordering from here. Apparently ONE of the drivers does not inform customers when the food has been left at the front door. No notifications on the app either. My cold sandwich has been sitting in 85 degree heat for at least 15 minutes. It’s soggy and the meat is Luke warm. I called and I got an excuse about this driver. If you care about quality and customer satisfaction, then maybe act like it. And don’t pretend to have communication with your customers if you aren’t going to use the technology you have.

2 different experiences. One was decent, the other good. Nice little sub shop with delicious sandwiches. Slightly higher end on prices, but I believe the taste and quality here is worth it.
