I ordered 2 Giant #1 with one cutting into 1/2, the other into 1/4. The person who made my order was super busy with all their lunch rush orders as there are only 2 of them on site. She not only made my order fast, but also was able to multi-task (while taking drive-thru calls). When she handed me my order, she told me that she marked those 2 orders so that I don’t get confused. Disappointed in our stop at this Jimmy John’s. The girl that rang us up, Alex, was clearly having a bad day as it was one of my more unfriendly experiences. Being in customer service, I understand the importance of first impressions and I also understand that sometimes things in your personal life take over. However a simple, I’m sorry goes a long way versus simply walking away from a customer to take a personal call on your cell phone. I would recommend maybe having more employees or reviewing how to interact with a customer, even on a bad day

Worst location don’t eat or order from here. Should have looked at all the terrible reviews before ordering. The positive ones they do have must be fake. This must be the worst Jimmy Johns ever. I will definitely not order from this location again. Pretty incompetent people work here I’m sure if it’s this bad. They gave me a sandwich without the lunch meat and i didn’t order it that way. The second one was a large sandwich cut in half they said they dropped one of the halves which I’m surprised by the reviews and the lack of lunch meat on the other i ordered that they didn’t give me the one that fell. They remade the other half very sloppily similar to what the other review photo someone posted looked like I’m usually not that particular about things like that but come on. For the price I expect quality and a complete order if I wanted this I’d go to subway. Hopefully I can get a refund.

Supeeeeerrrrrrrr slowwwwww service. They have atleast 5 people working and half of them are standing around doing nothing. The register lady was not polite or inviting at all. There was a line of about 10 people waiting, and they just kept telling us all to hold on. Will most likely never return to this location again.

This place is awful. They ignore the in person and didn’t let us know they were backed up. Handling the drive thru first even if they arrive after walk ins. What should have been a 10 min stop took over 30 minutes to make a couple of sandwiches.
