One star is too many in my opinion for this location. No one had an apron on, one guy wasn’t wearing a hat, another had his on backwards, one guy had basketball shorts on, a girl there just had a plain black shirt not even a Jimmy John’s shirt at all. The guy who took my order with his gloves on hopped back online without changing his gloves, And I had to tell the guy on bread to change his gloves after scratching his face with his gloves on… this place gives me major ick. Never going back.

The open sign was on and I was the only person in drive through and never got served while I watched 4 employees stand in a circle and talk. Once in a while one would look over to see if I was still there. Won’t be back.

We’ve had one of the employees call us for a 4 sandwich pickup order and try to pressure us out of canceling it cause they’re “too busy” to accommodate it. Service is also 50/50. Half the time the employees are rude, the other half they’re okay. Also, what’s up with the mobile ordering? Can’t even place a pick up order? This has been a consistent issue for a while now. It does seem like they have a new, more friendly staff now. We’ll see how the business fairs in the coming months.

We were literally turned away at the drive through because they had too many orders, then to top it all off, they decided to be rude through the call box and said good talk like we were impeding there work because we are hungry and wanted a sandwich. Didn’t even try to get us to come back just turned us away because they had to many sandwiches to make. Advice new management, new attitudes, better organizational skills if they can’t keep up with orders. I hope someone from corporate reads this review, because I thoroughly love Jimmy Johns.

That was the worst customer service ever. We were literally the only people in line at the drive through (and the indoor seating was closed). Because they are out of turkey, we had to change our decisions. (Apparently it’s just impossible to switch ham for turkey also.) The dude at the speaker was completely rude and short tempered. When he sighed out of frustration, we had enough and drove away. Very, very poor presentation of the restaurant and very, very poor attitudes.

I want to thank Eureka Jimmy Johns for ruining my dinner tonight! I will never eat there again because after eating half of my sandwich I gagged on a long black hair which I know didn’t belong to me bc my hair is blonde. The sad thing is I saw the guy who made the sandwich and thought to myself I hope his long hair doesn’t end up in someone’s sandwich. Little did I know it would be mine. Guess I should have checked! Might want to consider hairnets Jimmy Johns!

Sorry to say that due to the individuals attitude I just spoke with at the Eureka location, they just lost a large order and possibly our future business. We have used Eureka Jimmy John’s for our catering needs in the past and have been completely satisfied BUT today when trying to setup something a day in advance I was told that there currently were no delivery options. Okay, I completely understood since help is hard to find. However, I was also told that this individual was the only one working in the whole entire place and could not take my order for pickup. Okay, again I understood. I asked when would be a good time for me to call back? I was told “Well that’s up to you. I just can’t do it right now”. Okay, so again, when is a good time that you are perhaps slower. Response was pretty much “I’m here by myself till 2:30 so before 2:30 click (hung up). I get that this individual was upset about being there solely by themselves and kudo’s to them for at least showing up and being there but this could have been handled differently and does not excuse bad customer service.

Terrible still can’t open doors to serve people or even recognize a person at the door. Prices are above high. I think I have day old bread with my sandwich. When going back through line second time since no one answers door. Ask about why sandwich is so hard. Replied that the bread we have. Poor service now for third time. Can’t figure out why you can’t talk through a door to help customers.
