This JJ’s is the most conveniently located for me but they’re always closed even during the middle of the day, claiming staff shortages. Normally I can understand that and wouldn’t knock a company for this, but this past weekend, I placed an order before 3pm. The app allowed me to place and pay for the order, so I didn’t have a reason to assume they were closed. I showed up at the location intending to run through the drive thru to grab my order, and there were “CLOSED” signs on the menu board. I drove around front and the store was dark with all the lights off. I figured my money would just be refunded when they came back in for their next shift. I decided to go to Steak n Shake instead for my meal. While I was sitting there eating my food, JJ’s called me and asked me where I was saying my food was ready for pickup. I explained that I’d already been there, but left when they had “CLOSED” plastered all over everything and the store was dark with no signs of life. Guy on the other end just sighed and asked if I was coming back or not. I told him I already went elsewhere because of the explanation listed above. I still never got a refund or anything and I guess I can just bite the bullet for placing an order and dipping out, though it would help that if they weren’t closed, they shouldn’t have signs up everywhere saying otherwise. I recommend the Arnold location for your Jimmy John’s needs. I’ve always had good experiences there.

I have driven to this location multiple times to find it closed. When planning my lunch for work I depend on them but they have let me down twice! I called today and no answer! I give up…. They need to close this store and sell the franchise to someone who can keep product, workers/labor and customer service in check. Fenton is the worst area for Jimmy John’s giving a great restaurant a bad name.

I come here about 2-3 days a week (for lunch through the Drive Thru) and I always have a great experience. I order unwiches and they’re always great! The staff is super nice too no matter who is helping me. I have seen reviews below saying that they are never open (I never come here for dinner so I wouldn’t know) but I have never experienced it.

If the website, app, and Google account will say they are open, DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO BE OPEN. 5pm on a tuesday- closed. 4pm on a Saturday- closed. 11am on Wednesday- closed.

I love Jimmy Johns food and service! The sandwiches were amazing and the chips were great. I really don’t know what all of the bad reviews were about. Perhaps the wait was a bit long to some people, but 15-20 minutes for my party of four doesn’t seem that bad to me. I didn’t get as much lettuce or tomato on my BLT as I would have liked, but there was a great amount of bacon, and the sandwich still tasted great. Jimmy Johns deserves much better than the 2.7 star average that it’s currently at.

I don’t like Jimmy Johns more than other sandwich places bur it’s usually the fastest. We have come to this location time and time again during listed hours of operations just to find it closed. Just permanently closed this location it’s basically is anyway.

My dad just tried to go to this location for our dinner and it’s closed. No one inside and drive through is out. Really nice that it says they’re open when they’re not. Good job Jimmy John’s. Think it’s time to consider packing up your buisness all together.
