They can’t get orders right. I received a BLT with no lettuce on it and 3 pieces of bacon. Ridiculous for an $8 sandwich to both be made incorrectly and then be so skimpy. Not only that but they rip off the delivery drivers. I’m tired of it and done ordering from this place. Learn how to manage your restaurant and make sandwiches.

I walked in the restaurant with no other customers in there. The 4 young people who were working in the front area didn’t even acknowledge my presence as a senior citizen with a handicap on a cane, I would think they would at least be quick to say Can I help you? They never ever said anything even after I said, Does anyone work the counter? They were running around playing games and laughing, p*** poor service.

Like the food, always good quality, but no bread means no bread, especially for gluten intolerance. Wish you had a gluten-free bread. Half the time I order, I don’t get the lettuce wrapped version. Also took an hour and half for delivery, but I ordered at 7pm, so it’s understandable being the busiest time outside lunch.

Ordered on line at 632pm. How long could it take. Their catch phrase is “freaky fast” which is a joke. Here it is at 8pm with no food. Called not once but twice. I understand not having proper staffing. What i dont understand is the ignorance of people. Laughing at the fact of paying over priced for deli sandwiches, or not having a vehicle to do the pick up option, or the fact im out $40 until it arrives back on my debit card. Its so ridiculous i had to call 2 times and hear the attitude in the workers voice the inconvenience of my phone call and wondering what is the deal just to feel brushed off the 1st time and 2nd time i just cancelled. Its sad that this and many other industries are failing due to poor customer experiences and service. If you dont like your job stay at home. Its not entitlement its respect.

I come here about 2 times a week. I order the same Lil John #5. It’s always good, however I always ask them to cut it in half, whether I order from the app or in person or NEVER gets cut!!!. I’ve called the manager several times asking why it’s not cut, I always get the same ridiculous answer.

Donovan was in such a hurry to get home today… I asked for a veggie sub. Thought I was getting good fast service. Even seen him leaving when I left with my order. Got home and he gave me a Vito. It was too late to go back. A waste of time and money. Did not check the receipt because the receipt was given to me in the bag wrapped around the sub.
