I visited the Jimmy John’s restaurant at 13 North Euclid in St. Louis, Missouri 63108 on December 5, 2020. I am a regular customer since I live just 1-1/2 blocks away. While there eating my sandwich, I noticed the 2 employees standing face-to-face talking about 3 feet apart not wearing masks. I pointed out to them the necessity of wearing masks and socially distancing and they informed me that they did not have to since they were working there together. I share with them that over 250,000 Americans have died from Covid. Those facts did not matter to them. I took a photo and a couple videos documenting the situation and they became loud and belligerent toward me. They told me that I have been banned from their location, and called the police to have me arrested for trespassing. When the police arrived, I promptly left the store, but also explained the situation to them. My next step is to report this location to the St. Louis Health Department and ask that this location’s license be suspended.

I ordered a Lil John Combo and had to return to the store because the that I asked for was not prepared right it was just slapped together I didn’t know and they didn’t asked me what I wanted on my like veggie toppings at least with subway you can get any veggie toppings on any that you want I won’t be coming back the first sandwich you can see the difference between the the first one I had to bring back look how they made my sandwich the second time looks better doesn’t

It’s my second time bought sandwiches here. Their French bread is the best! It won’t get too soft if you put it for a while, still crunchy! Also, the people are nice and it’s fast (not many ppl in the store I guess it’s ‘cause so many bad reviews)

Near the end of my shift I ordered an unwich that was soggy and leaking through the wrapper by the time I got home. I work in the area so brought it to the managers attention the next day when I returned to work. I didn’t even want a refund I just wanted a remake. The manager was super rude and not flexible at all. Saying it was nothing she could do about since I didn’t bring it up the same day. Don’t waste your time

Freaky Slow!!!!!! They always take forever to get my 1 sandwich to me! I have ordered twice from this location now. Every time it takes about 45 minutes and a phone call asking where my order is to get it to me. The food it’s self is great the delivery service is horrible! Won’t be ordering from this location again!

Recently ordered delivery from this JJ location on Euclid. It is only 0.2 miles from my location. JJ’s are known for their fast delivery. My sandwich took approx an hour and 1/2 to arrive. I contacted store location after an hour of waiting and young woman said driver had 4 other deliveries along with mine on his outing and that he should arrive shortly?? Driver never notified me or knocked on door as per instructions to let me know my order had arrived; I just happened to check after an hour and a half. The sandwich looked a bit disheveled. Also, the day before I placed an order on the website for delivery approx. 10 minutes prior to the store closing. I was phoned by the store advising me they could not honor my order because they had closed everything up. I was charged for sandwich and I am still awaiting a refund to my card. I would recommend some sort of cutoff time when ordering from the website prior to store closing or redirecting you to the closest location for delivery.

Ordered at 11:15am to be scheduled for delivery at 12:15pm. Order never comes. Call at 1:00pm and ask about it and I’m told they only have one delivery driver but he’s out with the order. The person wasn’t exactly kind about it. Wait until 1:45pm before I call again to cancel the order because I can’t even go get the order at this point. Luckily this person was apologetic and issued a refund.
