This Jimmy John’s is the worst I have experienced. Multiple orders were not delivered, only to find it sitting on their shelf for an hour and a half, or their driving claiming to have attempted to deliver but never showing up and not calling. Saving your money and go somewhere else.

If I could rate this Jimmy John’s ZERO stars I would. Unfortunately, a ONE star rating is the lowest possible. My daughters visited Jimmy John’s this afternoon, along with several of their friends, most of whom were African American. When they entered the establishment, a few of them sat down while others got in line to place an order. An older gentleman (using the term “gentleman” loosely) behind the counter proceeded to inform my daughter and her friends that loitering is not allowed in the restaurant–even though there were two of them in line waiting to order. They were then told there was no bread, so they could just leave. After which, a Caucasian family entered the restaurant, and what do you know, BREAD magically appeared from behind the counter! The behavior of this employee and the way he treated my daughters and their friends was racially motivated–CLEARLY. Not that I am at all surprised, being born and raised in the St. Louis area (one of the most segregated cities in America!), but after moving away for 8 years and coming back, I hoped things had changed. Guess not! Great way to welcome my family back home!

Amanda took my order and suggested the new beef crunch sandwich, it was delicious. Amanda was super friendly. Food came out very fast per usual. I dined in and all of the staff were cheery. It’s nice to see when most places the staff look a little sad. Amanda didn’t miss a beat, she asked everyone if they wanted to try the new sandwich, had a smile and friendly tone with each customer. Coming from the restaurant industry I appreciated seeing great customer service.

Let me start off my saying we love jimmy johns…but this location has Super bad service. I ordered 2 sandwiches and just look at my sandwich. I am sorry but this is really awful service. The guys have one job to make a sandwich and they are just horrible. This location is no good.

This is the absolute worst delivery in the area. It consistently takes a minimum hour to deliver an order, often times closer to 1 1/2 hours. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else instead

Very poor service. On May 2, I placed an order at 8:15 pm. Order update showed it was out for delivery at 8:34 pm. At 9:05 pm, when the order still had not arrived, I contacted the store and spoke with the manager on duty. It was discovered that they delivered it to the wrong address. She apologized and said there was nothing she could do but offer me a refund or a credit. She said her driver had already gone home and there was no one there to deliver. I submitted a complaint via the website but never heard back. Hard to believe that a company that relies on customer service did not even consider any other options. I realize mistakes happen but to not even follow-up is insulting. I will not be back.

This location – Terrible customer service. Can’t get an order right. Freaky slow. Completely defeats the point of building reward credit when the people fulfilling your orders to build the rewards aren’t competent enough to provide everything you pay for. Can’t remember the last time an order has been correct.
