Their rewards are “freaky fast” too! I got a reward after one store pickup order for a free sandwich. Nice! It was the Italian Club and it was very good. I ordered the Jimmy Cubano before that. Also delicious! Will be back.

I’m not in the habit of leaving reviews; however, great service has become so rare that I want to recognize and applaud it when it happens! I’ve visited this JJ location twice in the last two weeks, and each time I was greeted with a “Hello!” and a smile. The employees were working together on quite a large order, but immediately came forward to help me. We’ve always enjoyed the food, the store is always clean, but customers return when they are treated well, so we will see you soon. You’re doing an outstanding job at JJ O’Fallon!

Order a hunter’s club. Roast beef and cheese. Got home and it was a turkey and ham. Called the store and manager said come back up and we’ll make you one for free. (Of course I’m not paying for another sandwich) I came back and got what I ordered but nothing for the inconvenience of driving back up there and not eating with the rest of the family. No money back and couldn’t even keep the sandwich they made wrong. Probably waited for someone to order that then give it to them.

This Jimmy John’s is usually decent, but my most recent visit was disappointing. I ordered the Ultimate Porker (ham and bacon) and paid extra for guacamole. They put so little on it that I literally couldn’t even taste it! Look at the picture. There is none hidden elsewhere – that is it.

Dont get the tuna!!! The tuna taste really sweet that is what was actually there. It was literally a smear of tuna. Subway and jimmy johns gives u way more without having to pay extra. It was almost non existent. I normally get the turkey i guess I will hustvstick to that from now on..

I’m an over the road truck driver and Jimmy John’s is a very rare treat for me. It’s one of my favorite sandwich shops, but I’m not often near one. I was making a delivery to a nearby store about half a mile away and asked them to bring it to my truck, as I am unable to leave it while I’m being unloaded. Unfortunately, they wanted me to meet them in front of the store rather than bringing it right to my truck, so no lunch for me that day. I typically tip delivery drivers with a 20, which wouldn’t have been bad for half a mile drive. Another store I had called previously would have brought it right to me, but unfortunately I was out of their delivery area, and they recommended the Hwy K store. The young lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice, so at least they have that going for them.

Not bad if you don’t mind eating other peoples hair, called the store. Was told sorry, but it definitely wasn’t genuine. Also hair wasn’t exclusive to one sandwich it was all 3.
