I was in the local credit Union, handeling my business when a driver came in and started cussing out the staff calling them Fing Bwords and saying he didn’t need the fing job, he was completely unhinged and deranged. I order from here regularly but I NEVER will again. Jimmy Johns get rid of this young man who feels the need to scream and verbally assault it’s patrons.

Order taker was on the phone, I gave my order, took a set my sandwich was ready very fast. But wrong, I told the counter person,he did offer to remove the tomatoes, I removed them my self, this was poor on the order taker part. After I removed what I did not want the food was good. It is always good, but your people need to pay attention to the customer not on the phone.

Almost an hour for 1 sub! And the driver said “we only have 2 people and we’re getting our asses kicked” on the phone with me. If you can’t get your orders in on time at least let us know when we place the order it was going to take an hour or stop delivering for the night!

terrible encounter yesterday when picking up an order. I was asked by the counter person why I called the store over a month ago to inquire about a question I had about my previous order. The person was rude and accusing. wondering why I would call with a question. This was over a month ago order. not my current order from yesterday. What kind of customer service is that . berating a customer over a previous phone call !! I promise I won’t be back !! Live 0.4 miles away… ordered 1 sandwich over almost an hour ago.. driver called just now and he said I’m on my way..had 4 deliveries before me.. they need more drivers or be honest that they are running way behind. This is not an isolated incident..

8:55pm Just drove all the way down highway k past a jimmy johns that closes at 9 to be nice and go to one that is open until 10, walk in and the girl is wrapping up all the deli meat and says they have no bread, just lettuce wraps….. will definitely be going to any of the other 10 sub sandwich places on K first before we ever think about going back there.
