They “couldn’t” cut my giant sandwich into 6. Strange. Food was good. Drive thru person was good and told me I had rewards to redeem for chips. Had to go in to get my pickle. Odd vibe. Looked unhappy. Will revisit and review again.

Worst experience I’ve ever had, outside of one experience in Illinois in which that entire chain was shut down. I have had four bad experiences in a row with Jimmy John’s in Jackson, MO. The final straw was when our ordered a simple combo and it took over 1.5 hours just to receive my complete meal! Then, as I was trying to explain why this is unacceptable to the delivery driver he never once spoke and turned around and left while I asked him what his name is and who is his manager? I had already paid and tipped him! I then filed a complaint with corporate and they suggested that they were so sorry that my orders keep getting to me very late and incomplete I was offered a complimentary SIDE IF I SPEND $20 or more my next order! Sheesh, and sit there with a straight face as though everything is on the up and up! Where I’m from? If one purchased a meal and that meal is incomplete; this is stealing.

This place is delicious. I love going here. The smells that the place puts out smells so good. My go to is the turkey tom with no tomato add cheese and extra mayo. Hope you love this place as much as I do

The food let me down I was built up for a great sandwich and it just wasn’t all that, the service was ok they seem to work crowded and the tables r too, it was a dreaded atmosphere.

Probably the slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. Food is always good, so that’s a plus.

Up until now I’ve had mostly good experiences with my local Jimmy John’s. I purchased a chicken wrap for delivery. What I received was a wrap that was square and about the size of a piece of bread. So I decided to call the store to let them know I wasn’t happy about paying $10 for what I got. I explained to the manager that the wrap was tiny and square and I ordered the same exact thing last week and it was much different. He suggested they had made it wrong the first time and put too much on it and because I removed the lettuce and tomato it would be smaller. I understand that but I also added cucumbers and there were only 2 on it. And it was square not anything like the picture. While he did apologize it was definitely not sincere and I wanted them to fix it but I ended up just hanging up before I got too upset. The wrap was good just not quite right.

First time I have ever had an issue at any JJ’s. My sandwich was not at all what it was suppose to be. Very thin on any product. My wife’s had very little meat compared to what would normally be. Lettuce on it when asked twice for no lettuce. The teller was great when I returned my sandwich. But the lady giving the refund acted rude and as if it was a problem that I did not want a sandwich that wasn’t what I ordered.

I received a delivery ($50) with two sandwiches missing. They didn’t offer to deliver the missing sandwiches, so we drove to the store (ouch). They offered a $5 credit “to the phone number,” which was never documented so I never received even after asking for it just two weeks later. I love JJ’s, but this chain has lacked the otherwise phenomenal customer service I’ve received at other JJ’s.

Just completely wrong. Bad attitudes and you can tell there’s no brand/owner loyalty at the jackson Jimmy John’s. Was a nice atmosphere when it first came to Jackson, but it’s way off now. Love jjs but I’ll be going to cape.
