This location has always been very fast each time we visit. We have always had a good experience with our orders being correct and as well… Which can be a problem at restaurants for us. As I will be the first to admit, my customization requests can be a little more elaborate than the regular customers. Their ingredients have always been fresh every time as well. I am also a huge fan of the ALL the Summer Wraps as well. But my favorite is the Thai one, you should definitely try them all while you can!

Usually love Jimmy Johns, but this location just blew it. Wife’s sandwich had 1 small dab of tuna in the middle that they didn’t spread out. But the worse part was the overcooked/inedible bread. The bread at Jimmy Johns is usually our favorite part, but this was just a massive disappointment.

I would give it a 0 star rating if I could. Not sure what happened but apparently the staff can’t read, I always order extra lettuce and they NEVER put extra lettuce! The last three sandwiches that I have ordered have been with extra lettuce and not one of them had had it, when I called up there the manger told me to essentially get over it….lady, you suck as a manager.

The food was good as always, but the service was freaky slow. The drive up was moving. Several large boxes of sandwiches were prepared, but I waited 20 min for 2 unwich sandwiches, which is unacceptable for a Jimmy John’s. There were only 2 people working and they were doing what they could. Watched 7 people walk out after waiting at the register to order.

Lunch rush on a Friday, they have 1 employee? 1 employee to handle dining room and drive through. And clean the tables. And take out the trash. And bake the bread. I truly feel sorry for that 1 employee. I hope they’re paying her 5 times the normal hourly rate because she was doing the work of 5 people, and you know that no matter how good she is, it’s going to take lots of time.

Freaky Fast is a thing of the past. Even carry out orders take over 40 minutes. Gave up on delivery because it was taking an hour and 15 minutes for a 1.5 mile drive. Don’t pay for ‘extras’ because they’ll forget to add them.

Freeky Fast hasn’t been at the Belton Mo store in quite a while there today super slow drive thru people ordering and pulling off because of the wait I asked the person who waited on me why so slow the answer was only two people working with an attitude. Would have been better to close the inside and just do the drive thru if they can’t keep up and maybe tell people when they order that they are short staffed orders are taking longer.

This was a tragedy. I feel sorry for my job who tried to buy us all lunch. We ordered close to 10 sandwiches and all of them were wrong. They even had a tuna sandwich that no one ordered and the tuna and onions looked a week old. We had to go through all of them to figure out what was what because their were no names and no identifiers. On top of that no one got what they ordered. This was a waste of time and money!
