Went in at 7:45 and chairs were up on tables. When I asked if we could eat in there, they were rude and said no the lobby was closed. Why would the lobby be closed 2 hours and 15 minutes before you close the store? And I’m pretty sure whoever took our order didn’t even work there. We had to reach behind the counter to get lids for our cups and grab the cookies out of the jar. Terrible lazy service, would not recommend to anyone to eat here.

Placed online order for pickup. Showed up about 20 minutes later to pick the order up and had to wait an extra 30 minutes.

I just wanted to highlight the exceptional service I just recieved from the young gentleman. I showed up and I guess they were not open yet, but for some reason the door opened. He greeted me very politely and informed me the door was supposed to be locked. I apologized and told him that I would come back, but he insisted that he could take care of my order. I waited for him to get to a point that he was able to do so, which was only like 5 minutes, mind you I showed up 30 minutes early. Additionally, as I was waiting a large order cane in for their catering service… I unfortunately didn’t catch his name, but I wanted to say thank you and I am sorry for barging in on you.. First Class Service. Thank you.

So I love Jimmy John’s. I order all of the time. But not once has this location fulfilled a single special request (e.g. Mayo packets, cut in half, napkins) including any extra notes (which are deterred on the ordering page as there is very limited options for communication.) I had to put a special note under the apt number box to add the limited time pesto to a sandwich or even just on the side. Driver shows up, I immediately ask about the pesto. He goes “oh yeah it’s definitely on there”. LIES, LIES, LIES. Not even cut in half, light on the Mayo, and nothing to wipe the excessive amount of olive oil from my face. The employees of this location do not care one bit. Sandwich was good but could’ve been great if they would just read the ticket. Boooooooo

Always fast and fresh. Great selection and they make it right in front of you.

Worst subs in town. Fountain drinks taste like sink water. Don’t remember Jimmy John’s being this terrible. Workers are nice.

This is only the second JJ Ive been to, and the first time Ive been in one. First and foremost, even though they were out of lettuce, my sub was sublime. The people working there were also super helpful. The only reason this place is getting 4☆ is because of the unprofessional decor. The menu is difficult to understand for someone whos unfamiliar with it, and the passive aggressive signage littered about store simply didnt vibe with me. Will I go back? Most definitely.

Wow Jimmy John’s I am SORELY disappointed… I have a friend here from outside the US that wanted to try Jimmy John’s for the first time and we arrived there at 10:24 PM. Everywhere I could find said that they were open until 11:00 PM (Google, Yelp, Facebook, even their website). We drove up, she got out… and the doors were locked. I went and double checked everything because their lights were still on and they turned the lights off in front of us. We saw the employees that were in there just milling around, talking and cleaning. What I can only assume happened is that they locked the front doors to deter customers so that they could get out of there as soon as 11 hit. There were at least 2 other cars that pulled up while we were there double checking and tried the doors and left after finding them locked. We were about to leave when we saw an employee walk through the side door so we went in the side way. Every single one of the staff members gave us dirty looks as we walked in and they didn’t come over and get her order for a few minutes so we were left standing there. She ended up finally getting a sandwich but said that this whole thing just left a really bad taste in her mouth when it came to Jimmy John’s. As a former food industry worker, I understand the appeal to just lock the doors to clean but c’mon.

They don’t care about their catering customers. Food was good but I would suggestion them for delivery or catering!
