Ordered a LuLu last night, two bites in and there’s HAIR in my food, called the store, no answer. I was LIVID to say the least. I’ll be back up there today during my lunch break. Hopefully they make it right.

Ordered the Cubano. The bread was tough and the ingredients were sparse. They should either put more on the sandwich or stop charging 10 bucks.

I always prefer this place to somewhere like Subway. Seems like the food is much more fresh and made with more care. With their newer introduction of “little john” sandwiches I am really happy as I don’t have a huge appetite and they fit the bill perfectly

Jimmy John’s is always a good meal, but customer service is where you can get ahead of the rest. Seth was the prime example of good quality customer service. It’s hard to find employees now a days, let alone an employee that will go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Let’s not take these people for granted and show them the acknowledgment they deserve. Thanks Seth

This location used to be great. We rarely order now as they always forget our chips and the staff is rude. We ordered tonight for delivery and got a phone call from a staff member saying they will be voiding our order due to not having a driver after 7 PM. She was not apologetic in the slightest.

I’ve always enjoyed Jimmy John’s and my kiddos do as well. We usually stop by after school or an activity for a quick snack and I like how convenient it is for something simple and delicious. Recently I tried delivery for the first time as I always hear the advertisements about how fast they are. The online order process was simple and my order was delivered very expeditiously. I realized soon after that one of the 3 sandwiches wasn’t what I had ordered or paid for so I called to let them know. Not only was the manager apologetic, but he offered to refund the value of it AND have the correct item delivered back. I wasn’t expecting this level of professionalism but I certainly appreciate the way they handle business. I was willing to pay for the original item anyway, so I decided to give the difference as a tip to the great delivery driver that brought my food back. We’re definitely fans of this establishment.

The past few times I’ve ordered online for delivery, my order is always missing something as well as being ridiculously late. Jimmy Johns is NOT “Freaky Fast Delivery” as they claim. I used to order delivery from them because of how fast it would get to me which is essential due to my lunch break at work but will not be counting on them any longer as this continues to happen.

Haters gonna hate. I’ve eaten here several times and never had a problem. The employees are always fast, friendly and accurate with my orders. The menu may be limited, but the sandwiches are great! And yes, their delivery area is limited because they focus on being — in their words — “freaky fast.” If you want your food any faster than they can get it to you, go to the store yourself and order it to-go.

Sat in the drive thru for close to 10 minutes before I had to call and ask if their drive thru was broken. The person on the other end if the phone sounded clueless, said the drive thru, couldn’t explain why nobody reached out via speaker or otherwise. Keep in mind I was the only customer there at this time. I guess I should say potential customer since I drove away not knowing how long it might take for a sandwich to be made. There is a Firehouse Subs, Subway, and Jason’s Deli all nearby, and I recommend that you spend your money (and time) at those businesses.
