Ordered The Pepe & Thai chicken wrap. Bread on sandwich was hard and we paid $2 extra for avocado “spread” and barely was put on the sandwich. The sauce in the wrap was to spicy for me. Also, got an oatmeal raisin cookie…hard as a rock and I threw it away. Not impressed and won’t be back.

About 5 years ago Jimmy John’s came out with a sandwich called The Frenchie, it is no longer available, but a “Plain Slim#5 on French Bread” is basically the same thing, and don’t forget the “Kickin Ranch Dip” . Amazingly Good.

Very slow service. Ordered 2 combos and an 8″ sandwich. Total was almost $30!!! Order took a while to complete and will probably not go back as the combos are extremely expensive. Not sure how the rewards program works, but almost $10 for a small sandwich combo is not reasonable!

My only thing I don’t care for is the cheese is extra and it is sliced extremely thin. I buy without cheese and add my own cheese when I get home. Other than that minor issue, I have always had a great experience when I go to Jimmy John’s.

Worked here for 4 months now. Don’t believe half the reviews I’ve seen posted. Sat in drive thru for 45 minutes? Your full of it. No one would sit there that long without coming inside. It’s not perfect but most complaints come at a time when we are very busy.

Today we ordered 2 sandwich meals and it took 50 min to receive our order when the shop is literally only 0.5 miles away. Upon receipt of our food we only had 1 drinks and no straws. It took the driver another 30 min to bring the second drink which at that time we already finished our lunch. Once I finally got my soda we still didn’t even get any straws. The store did bring a free soda along with the missing one. But when we asked which one was cold and Dr Pepper they did not mark the cups so we had to guess which one was which. I will NEVER order lunch from this store again.

The girl that took my order is sweet, no complaints there and she promptly got my order together . But the bread is hard! The Italian is good otherwise. My grandma got the tuna and said there wasn’t much flavor to it.
