Ordered an Italian night club, got sent a completely different sandwich (not a huge deal but kinda annoying because I can’t eat turkey and this is the second time this happened) so I called and explained the situation and was told I would be given a credit for a sandwich in the future, which I was stoked for and felt like the situation was adequately resolved.

I’ve eaten at a lot of jimmy’s john and never had one problem until this one. Came thru drive thru service was slow, foul language. 10 minutes later got our sandwiches, checked mine in the parking lot. Was missing things that came on the sand which plus the hot peppers and onions I added. I came back in and he fixed it as another employee said “man you f’d up” get back to my hotel my girlfriends sandwich is messed up. They issued me a credit I go back thru drive thru. Manager says okay be right out. I sit there watching them for 10 minutes. The sandwhich had been made and sitting there. No one even realized I was still sitting there. Always love the number 13 I always add hot peppers to it. Deal it up with a root beer and jalapeño chips. It’s always fast and friendly and although I dine out the inside is always on point. Clean and welcoming atmosphere. And if that’s not enough they also have pickles dips and other incentives for using your phone number for rewards. Free sandwiches pickles dips I’ve earned them all. Definitely recommend the one on rangeline in my hometown of Columbia, mo.

I ordered a beach club. Beach club specifically comes with turkey as the main ingredient. These people literally forgot to put turkey on the sandwich. Talk to the manager and he said that they get busy and these things happen. You work at a sandwich shop and forget to put meat on the sandwich you should probably quit your job.

Just tried to order through the app and was told that they don’t deliver. Called the store and was told the same. We live less than 5 minutes away and they’ve always delivered before. Ordered Pickleman’s instead. Their store is downtown, much farther away. Delivery was quick, sandwiches were awesome!
