Clean and spacious workers worked diligently, I only saw one person messing around on phone everyone one was busy. The #10 with two cookies is what we had, it was packed with flavor…. way better than sub-way. Only complaint I have is the bread was tough but good. Price of meal was fair and reasonable!!! Horrible service today! Normally I never have any issue but to today was bad. To start I waited in the drive thru line for about 20 minutes. When I finally got to the window it took over 5 just acknowledge me at the window and take my money. So I assumed that they were just busy and they had new people. But then I got the wrong sandwich once o got all the way back to the office. No impressed. Where is the leadership that is running this ship.

Sat in line for 30 minutes because the drive thru was backed up with only 3 cars that hadn’t been served yet and then waited on my order for 15 minutes at the drive thru window. During this time I watched someone in the line a few cars back get out of line go into the store and then walk out with her food before I received mine. Terrible customer service and terrible speed. Will not be back. Would give 0 stars if allowed.

Normally I enjoy this location, however I placed a delivery order and when I tried to call the store nobody answered so I received a link to place a review and told them my problem and still not heard from anybody my food was not made correctly and there was a horrible taste in it, and I don’t know what the weird taste was I still have the sub in my refrigerator I still want my money back and everytime I call the store and nobody answers and I don’t have a vehicle to drive there!!

Placed an order for pickup. Ok, sat in drive thru for 15 minutes. Order wasn’t ready when specified. I was asked 3 times who I was and what I ordered. Food was not prepared as specified. Drinks were forgot as I continued to sit at the window waiting and again got asked what I was waiting for. Watched a blonde girl with gloves on push the trash down with gloved hands but not switch them before grabbing bread and prepping sandwiches…gross. Finally got drinks and when I got home my sandwiches hadn’t been cut and they were put together messy. First time I’ve ever been disappointed in JJ and I’ve been a fan for eons. I get an off day and I hope all it was was that, an off day.
