This has been my JJ’s forever and honestly the reason they rank so highly in my book: The staff is amazing. I’ve never encountered anyone there who has been nothing short of amazing. If they accidentally forget something (which has happened maybe twice in 7 years of me ordering from them, less than any other place by far and i never blame them because sometimes it happens and it’s so infrequent) they bring it to me right away or honor it the next time because I’m always going to order from them. They are just an incredible team and I’m so grateful for them. The sandwiches are super good too. We go for the food, but stay for the team. Thank you for being the best JJ’s!

This is my favorite sandwich chain. They serve simple, but tasty sandwiches. Bread is always fresh and delivery is fast. The only reason to dock a star are the prices. Everything is al a carte. So a sandwich (~6.50), drink (~$2), and chips (~1.50) will set you back more than $10 after tax. A little more than I want to pay at a sandwich chain.

I normally don’t order sandwiches for delivery but I gotta say this place is great. Speedy service, good food, and the staff are super friendly. I had the wrong sandwiche delivered, decided not to just “deal” with it, and the staff was awesome. Got a new sandwiches no issues and didn’t feel as bad about bothering them. I’m sure with this review the guys here will know who I am. I am new to Missouri and new to the facility I work at, Meyer Orthopedic, and every time I have ordered from here I get a delivery driver unlike I’ve ever had back at home, Oklahoma City. They are so nice when I try to explain how to find me. Never have gotten any kind of attitude or irritability when I, myself, am trying to find my way and explain to them where I am when delivering. And my order is always right! By far my favorite JJ!! Thanks guys!!

Little pricey for some basic subs but they are good. Got a platter (18) they were smaller than i would have hoped and the roast beef was not that good but all the others we tried were good. Though, I prefer the firehouse subs for just an meal. For a party, this was not the most expensive and still had some pretty good food. My gf is pregnant and she loves this place.

The staff at this store is the best! Service is great. They always make you feel welcome and are quick if needed, but always willing to have a conversation if you have time. Food is good, fresh ingredients – very easy to order. Typically I’m ordering online or via the app and it couldn’t be easier.
