Absolutely DO NOT order from this Jimmy John’s. Three separate times I’ve ordered delivery, and my sandwich has miraculously shown up without meat on it. I order a regular beach club every single time. Last time happened, they refused to remake it. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Took over an hour to deliver my sandwich. When I called I was told they were short a driver. That doesn’t magically make it okay to take over an hour. My entire lunch hour was gone before the sandwich got delivered. Filed a complaint with jimmy johns but still haven’t heard from them. Clearly don’t care about customer service.
