Walked in the door, and 4 employees were standing around talking. Nobody else was in the store. As I walked in, I said “Hello” to the guy at the counter and again said, “Hi, how are you doing today?” I didn’t get a response back. As he was too busy listening to two other employees talking. Once again, I said, “Hello?” and he replied with “what do you want?” I replied with “good thanks for asking. I will take a foot long with tuna.” He replied, “You want two number 1s?” I said.”No, I want a tuna foot long. What is number one?” As I’m looking up to the board, he replies with “ok foot long tuna.” Turns and looks at the manager and the young lady still talking. Assuming he is waiting for me to pay. I don’t know. I asked again. “Can I get a tuna foot long?” He replied with “yes, $16.” I asked.”What is on it?” and he replied,”lettuce tomato cucumber and cheese.” As he is telling me this another employee pulls out the bread which clearly was not a foot long and I ask “is that a foot long” which the guy replied with “we don’t have foot longs. Do you still want it.” I said sure. I’ll take it. I can eat the other half for lunch. Tomorrow, ” the guy at the counter replied,”Make sure to frigerate overnight.” which I replied. “Thanks, I will.”

Ordered an online pick up a wrap, unwitch and a salad they let me know when I got to store they didn’t have the salad so I got another unwitch instead got home and didn’t have my wrap they gave me the wrong order so I called for a refund got hung up on called back got told I got a full refund and hung up on again before I could get a word out still don’t have the refund worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever had

I don’t know his name, but he had a pony tail. He was running the show by himself for awhile. 12 people had ordered and people kept coming in. This guy was taking orders and whipping out peoples food like a pro. Mad respect to handle the pressure.

Ordered curbside and had to go in. Order wasnt ready even though the app said it was. Had to grab chips and cookies ourselves apparently becuase we didn’t and they werent in the order. Pretty sure there was a bug on my lettuce wrap. Very disappointed. Poor guy was working by himself too but there was no one in there

This is my favorite Jimmy John’s location in overland Park and Olathe. The quality is on point and the service is always pleasant and quick. I’m always willing to drive a bit longer and pass other Jimmy John’s in order to eat here. Definitely worth it!

This store is the worst!!!! Never have delivery drivers. They take your order. You wait over an hour and a half before finally calling for them to tell you there are no drivers. They clearly do not care about customers. Just call and let people know!!! Should have received a call or email immediately. Third time this has happened.

Sandwiches are always delicious & staff are very polite. Had a mix up with my order where I got the wrong sandwich, but it was right at closing, so I couldn’t get a new one. The girl I spoke with on the phone was very apologetic and refunded my order & offered to replace it the next day, which she did. Thank you for making it right! Customer service is great.

I ordered lunch on Monday but it was never delivered. When I called the store they told me my order couldn’t be delivered because there were no drivers. They should not have charged my card if they knew it could not be delivered. I called for a refund and was told only the regional manager could do this. I’ve now been waiting for 4 days and still no refund. I’m very angry and will not order from this store again.
