It is all about their signature bread which is so delicious. There is lots of tuna with just simple dressing which I love. Top the sandwich with the Jimmy John’s Kicking Ranch Sauce and this for me is the best tasting tuna sandwich so far. Service is very fast and staff is very friendly. For the meat lovers, they have sandwiches that suit your tastebuds.

HORRIBLE customer service. Bought almost $200 worth of food. Ordered 3 hours ahead of time for a delivery for 12:45- ACROSS THE STREET.. pre tipped 20%. But at 1:10 we still had no food. Called the store 5 times with no answer. Drove over to the store and the guy acted like it wasn’t a big deal, refused to call the driver to find out why it’s now taken 25 minutes + to deliver less than 1 minute away.

Get your baking time and temperature right! Your bread is always hard as a rock on the bottom! It literally cuts my mouth under my tongue, your bread is otherwise tasty and you guys typically get sandwich orders right, which seems to be an impossibility for so many sandwich shops these days! From what I’m gatheringthe temp you’re baking your bread at is just barely too high and is baking for too long.
