Delivery ordered @ 12:40pm located a half mile down the road, couldn’t leave for work. Didn’t RECIEVE til 2:29m, nearly 2 hours well after my lunch time. Poor service and communication on both ends through management and delivery, never ordering here again. Was never offered compensation for my time after spending $19.00 for a sandwich which was made INCORRECTLY.

The sandwich was horrible. Tried the new wrap. It was drenched in a very liquid-y and watered down dressing. So by the time we made it home it was a soggy mess. Also we paid nearly $2 for extra meat which turned out to be a single layer. $10 sandwich

Zero service, left without buying anything. Went to the drive thru, no response on the intercom. Odd since an employee inside watched me pull up. Drove to the pickup window, tried to flag down one of the workers inside, not doing anything. I left.

This shop does not care about its customers. After 45 minutes i called and was told the order was on its way. after an hour i called again to ask about my order and to inquire about a credit for the delivery delay. They voided my order, told me they would not be delivering the sandwich that was on its way, and did not even apologize for the delay. HORRIBLE service.

First of all there was about 9 employees there and three of those nine were busy on their cell phones. They would not ask you what you wanted on your sandwich they just took it upon himself to make it obviously the way the owner makes it, which was totally wrong to us. They didn’t even ask us what kind of bread we wanted, they took it upon themselves to give us the hardest Bread they have in the store. All the toppings they had on the sandwich was so sloppy and Missy that you couldn’t hardly eat it you need a towel instead of a napkin. They didn’t give us any choice of different kinds of cheese on the sandwich. The sandwich was made so very quickly and it was so obvious to see why. It was because they do not have any interest in making the sandwiches correctly or to the customer satisfaction. I will never ever eat at this establishment again and I don’t think my friend will be eating there either. To me it was a bad experience and would not recommend it to anyone.

Dont even try to do delivery… 3 times in a row now Ive placed an online order just to wait an hour, call, and be told they were just about to call me saying they dont have delivery drivers. Not the workers fault that management seems to suck enough to either not hire people or keep people there.

Only gave one star so I could write a review. Usually we are very happy with our sandwiches at this location, but not tonight! I just ordered an #16 unwich and it literally had one slice of Turkey on it. Not happy paying $7.88 for a sandwich that barely had anything in it! Not sure I’ll be going back to this location. They used to be really nice and fast at this location, but lately seems like it takes too long or it’s a hang out for high school age kids that are supposed to be working but they’re too busy on their phones.
