The lettuce was brown, which made the sandwich not taste fresh. I called the Manger and he just said he apologizes but that’s how they get the lettuce. I’ve never had brown lettuce.

The service is always great here. The girl working paid for my soda out of her own pocket when my card declined.i forgot that I went to get gas and they had a hold on my money cuz I used it at the pump. I love the ice at this location,it’s the best and so I stopped in to grab a soda on the way home. My card declined and I was so embarrassed. It made my day. Will always go back.

They ask if you want cheese on it. Dont tell you its $1.20 for a single slice! You say NO Nevermind no cheese when you get your total and but it’s too late to take it off the order so you gotta pay for it anyway. I had a better experience with the cashier at Jimmy Johns on Antioch.

I ordered delivery at 10:56 online on 12/10/2021 and I’ve never had issues before. But they brought me an unsweetened tea with no ice, My receipt shows a large root beer. This did not upset me, mistakes happen we are all human. But when I called she was very rude, still offered to have someone drive it out but at this point I said “well i don’t know, no one is going to spit in my drink right” (in a joking manner) and she started being super rude asking me what I think of their company and etc. I told her not to worry about it and hung up. I will not be ordering here at all. Thanks

I asked my delivery driver to meet me in front of the hospital and told him I was getting a wheel chair down to get my food because I can’t walk and am disabled. He left my food at the front desk without telling me and wouldn’t answer my calls. A shame this is how they treat people who are disabled. Not only that but they forgot the straw to my drink, they gave me regular chips instead of barbecue, and on top of that they gave me the wrong sandwich! Very poor service

Definitely not “Freaky Fast.” I have ordered a few times now and it takes on average 45 minutes for delivery. Food is good and workers are nice. But they do not live up to the JJ’s tagline.
