My wife loves this place, but it’s just okay in my book. There are so many great sandwich shops around, but old JJ’s will do in a pinch. Meat and cheese with some mayo just isn’t gonna cut it(see what I did there?). JJ’s takes the simplicity concept a bit too far, I would say. The bread is decent. Service has always been fast and friendly.

11:08am 8/16… Took 22 min to get 1 sandwich from the drive thru. 3 cars arriving after me got thru before I did because they don’t pay attention to the double ordering station correctly. Multiple times my order has been incorrect. My patience and understanding have run out. I’m done with this place.

Terrible delivery! Second time in a month that they did not deliver the food but the app indicated it was delivered. Shame on us for thinking it wouldn’t happen again. We had to leave our movie to deliver food to our kids. Thanks for nothing. This order was “delivered” by Jimmy Johns, not door dash.

Waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes, and when the cars started moving, they took the other side order and never took mine. Very horrible service. In fact after the other car there was no one behind me and still never took my order. Had to back out.

Screaming and cussing at customers in the drive thru. Threatening and telling them to turn around in the drive thru. Continuous petty comments while ordering. Asked who the manager was and got the response that it was “John”. Personal favorite tried to go in and they all locked the door and decided to do some sign language behind the glass. Most ridiculous customer service experience I have ever had. Just don’t go there or at least not until the 3 there are all fired. We all know where they are headed anyway. Date of event 9/12/21 around 8:10-8:20.

I really couldn’t be more grateful for this Jimmy Johns! I placed an order at the 95th location and I realized my mistake. The girl at the 95th store was so sweet and helped refund my order. I then placed a second order and……it was at the 95th location again! The sweet girl called me back and told me and we fixed it! Obviously now it has been 15 or so minutes and I really needed to pick up the food by 10:45-10:50am but by that time it was not an option to get that time slot. I placed it for 11-11:15 am. I got to the store and they already had a lot of orders stacked up and people in line at the drive thru. I told them my name for the order and explained that the food was for my daughter and her schools lunch was at 11:05. You can tell they may have been short staffed. But the girl and the gentleman with the beard working the line IMMEDIATELY started my order. They had me out the door in 2 minutes! So so thankful! You all deserve a raise!

This place is being ran by a bunch if juvenile delinquents. 6 people standing around and it took 20 minutes…so much for freaky fast. Plus the young man at the drive thru was standing with his pants pushed so far down they nearly fell off. Two sandwiches, both made wrong. There are plenty of places to eat, avoid this location at all costs. They’re rude, and terrible at their jobs and have no customer service. Everyone of them should be fired.
