We came here Sunday afternoon to grab a quick lunch. The food was good, it always is. My wife got an unwich and when she got it it was almost falling apart, the meat and veggies were not wrapped at the bottom and everything was falling out. She decided go ahead and try to eat it anyway, but she got to the last quarter of her sandwich and had almost run out of lettuce. She politely asked a young woman at the counter if she could just an additional leaf of lettuce to wrap it in. She was met with an attitude and eye roll, like she’d completely ruined her time leaning against the counter on her phone. She got it, but the service was very very poor.

Everytime I go here the place feels so nice. Everyone is always so friendly and the food tastes AMAZING. I used to dine at the Anderson Street location but this is the best JJ in town hands down. Great place for awesome music and amazing service.

Used to be awesome, now it’s 50-60 minutes before receiving my order every time and it’s always due to being understaffed. The least they could do it call to let someone know it may be a long wait as they are known for being “freaky fast”. This will be the last time I order from the Moro location. I would rather drive across town than have the “convenience” of delivery.

If I could give more than five stars I would! While we have always had delicious food and prompt, friendly service at this location, today Brandon (the manager) went above and beyond. I was trying to orchestrate a surprise lunch for my JJ’s-loving husband and his family, who had planned to visit to celebrate a special occasion. Brandon offered to personally drive well outside of his store’s delivery area during the busy lunch hour to meet me and deliver my order! I never expected such generosity and am so thankful to Brandon for his help. He is a class act!

I literally always have great and fast service until today. I ordered and quickly it let me know it was out for delivery, however an hour later I was still waiting for anything to show up… I called the store and was rudely told to be patient and that it was on its way. Once we finally got it, it wasn’t the right sandwich and we were given chips instead of our drinks…… really disappointed

Consistently forgets pieces of my order, including chips or a cookie when food is ordered through delivery. Also consistently forgets to add requested toppings to my sandwich. This has happened at least 4 separate times. Phone number is currently not working and there is no way to contact the store to fix the mistake.
