We ordered a turkey club and a tuna sandwich and there was not a single hint of turkey on the turkey club and the tuna was crowded onto the right side of my sandwich. The bread on the tuna sandwich was dried out and crunchy. Both went into the trash. Won’t make the same mistake twice! 0/10 wouldn’t go there if I was you.

We’re long time customers of jj’s, however tonight we went through the drive-thru , and They forgot our chips with our combo. When I called to let them know & ask them to refund me for the meal and re-charge me for what we actually got, they offered to re-ring it as a carry out, get my payment over the phone & then refund my initial payment from when I was at the drive thru. I told them I would prefer they refund it first then, have me pay for the “carry out order” over the phone to ensure the money is actually refunded and the “manager” told me he/she would prefer to do it HIS way because he/she was worried he would refund the money to me and I would hung up. I told him that was a rude assumption to make & he had nothing to say. The $1 bag of chips/refund isn’t what I’m upset about at this point, it was the manager who insinuated I was just trying to get a refund then hang up without paying for what I actually was given due to the mistake by their employees instead of what I ordered. Great Sandwiches!! I Recommend The Hunters Club If Your A Fan Of Roast Beef. Two Of The Most Popular Items Are The Beach Club (Turkey, Cheese, And Avocado) And Italian Nightclub (Roast Beef, Ham, And Cheese). Their Jimmy Peppers Aren’t Too Spicy, The Jimmy Mustard Goes Well On Most Meats, And The Sauce And Oregano Are A Must On My Sandwich!

I placed an online order at 1:50PM. At 2:50 I called this location to inquire about my order only for “Kayla” (said she’s the GM) to tell me “we don’t have a delivery driver and I called you an hour ago”. When I asked if I could cancel the order she’d said “yes but it’ll take three days to refund”. She then proceeds to give me a plethora of excuses about how “there’s nothing else I can do”. I believe there should be more of a priority on customer service. I didn’t receive a VM and waited an hour to be told my order wasn’t coming. She was rude and dismissive. Definitely should rethink her career choice

Orders were not placed or made the way the order was spoken even after it was repeated correctly before placing the order. Hair found on sandwiches.
