This store is consistently closed in the lobby for dine-in AND pick-up orders. Door is locked, no open sign up. However, always 2+ people working. But the drive through is open. I’ve had this problem several times since it is the one closest to my house. Very inconvenient.

Ordered delivery at 11:30 and didn’t get dropped off til 1. Was dropped off at a similarly named business (with a different address). Wouldn’t have even gotten my food if their front desk hasn’t called me to come walk 2 blocks to get it. There wasn’t even a straw for my drink! I called and the manager was nice but only said sorry and didn’t do anything else. Will not be ordering from this JJ’s again.

Ordered online for inside pickup, app says open until 9pm, pulled in, lights off, chairs up, and door locked, two employees motioned to drive around to side window. The employee asked what I needed and I advised I placed a online order, he looked at me and says huh. He walked over to the computer and goes I guess there is an order and prints it. After receiving the sandwich and getting home only half of it had meat on it.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Jimmy Johns…. hopefully it was just this location. Ordered 4 sandwiches, 2 were completely wrong, 3 1 had maybe 1 slice of meat in it, 2 were about an inch around (NOT joking) and we got an extra sandwich while we were missing a bag of chips. Save yourself time and find someplace else to eat.

Ordered last night using the app and the food never came nor was I given a refund. Tried calling the store after waiting almost an hour only to have nobody answer. If you want speedy fast like they advertise then good luck to you. You may never get your food and might spend $19.28 only to receive nothing in return.

How many people does it take to screw in a lightbulb, more like how many employees does it take to make one Jimmy John’s sandwich. Five. It took five people and 20 minutes to make my sandwich. Freaky fast? A freaking slow. I will not be dining here anymore. They had multiple employees standing around watching while they had 10 cars backed up in the drive thru. Poor customer service

I ordered through drive thru and took my sandwich back to work. Literally 3/4 of my sandwich wasn’t covered with the bun? No way you can make a sandwich like that and not know it isn’t right to do to the customer. How hard is it to just grab another bun and give a customer what they pay for? I’m done, no need to go back.
