The blonde girl that worked the register on 5/10/23 at 11:45 AM should be terminated. Completely unprofessional. If y’all are drive-thru only then make it posted and lock your doors. She rudely told me to just order and leave. I felt obligated to make an order quickly so I asked the young man at the counter what his go-to sandwich was and just went with it instead of having time to look at the menu. I walked from my house because I was out jogging, so I ate my food in the parking lot and disposed of my trash on your restaurant floor when I was done. My first, last, and only experience with Jimmy John’s.

Walked in they said Drive Through only. Okay so I pull around to the drive through and sit at the talk box for a while and nobody answers. I pull up to the window and the guy in there says hold on. After a while I leave and see the guy who takes orders talking to someone outside in a car. Horrible service and I really like Jimmy Johns, atleast the ones in Colorado have common sense.

Man, it didn’t seem like anyone knew what was going on. Went at lunch and waited ten minutes for my food. When I finally got it, the bread was hard and no one seemed to care that it took forever. Then I asked for a water cup, but they were out and I had to pay for a “non water” cup. This place was just chaos and from reading reviews, I’m not the only one to experience this. This place used to be solid. Now it’s a waste of time and money.

I ordered an original roast beef sandwich with extra meat (for delivery). When I opened the sandwich there was barely any meat on the roll! When I went back to the store the girl I talked just told me that the pricing stinks, she can’t control it, I should have ordered something else, and there’s nothing she can do about it because the sandwich was made “correctly”. Seriously, look at the pictures and tell me that is $3 extra worth of meat! If I wanted a bread sandwich I would have gone to Subway! I am NEVER order from these thieves again!

Will NEVER EVER stop here again. The lobby door was locked at 7:00pm, so we had to use the drive thru (saying that because if we would have been in the lobby I could have seen what my sandwich looked like before we hit the highway) and I ordered the Baja. There literally was 2 slices of turkey on it, however each slice was a partial piece, paid for cheese but didn’t get the cheese, said no tomatoes but they put tomatoes on there, there was ONE slice of bacon and a tiny bit of mayo. The bread is so hard you can’t eat it and the staff was rude and it’s very obvious that when you order something from there they are annoyed they have to wait on you and make your food. I am beyond upset that THIS is what I paid $10.00 for and had to deal with rude staff on top of it. I only wish I had looked before getting back on the highway because I would have went back and demanded a refund. This place is pathetic. Wish I could give it negative stars.

I placed an order through DoorDash. I called to see what was taking so long. The girl who answered the phone at 2:55pm on 2/17/2023 was very rude and told me that she doesn’t have a driver and I need to contact DoorDash. Since “you decided to use a third party, you need to call them” and “well I cancelled it on my end so I don’t know what to tell you”. So I paid nearly $20 to be spoken to like that and have no refund. Avoid this place like the plague.

Complete disaster! Clueless owners and staff. Lobby closed. Staff inside yelling and cussing. I sent email to Jimmy John’s web page, still no response. Goes to show management has no clue on how to manage or respond back to customers. Sandwich had very little lettuce and hole on side of bun. Got the wrong change back. Go to the other food places next door. Clueless owners live in other state and have no idea about clueless staff
