Although the food is good, Jimmy John’s in Gretna should really try to figure out how to not advertise as”freaky fast” delivery. I can’t remember the last time I have had my sandwich in less than 45 minutes. I have learned to order at least an hour in advance.

Went through the drive thru and the line 5 cars. We had to wait almost 20 minutes to order and when we got the order it was wrong. We ordered a Slim 1 and a number 14 Bootlegger. On the Bootlegger we ordered no tomato, add sauce and oregano. The still put on the tomatoes and did not add any sauce or oregano.

Extremely disappointed in this location. Got the Turkey Tom and literally had ONE PIECE of turkey on my sandwich. For a $7, I would think you get more than a salad with a slice of turkey on bread. Drive the extra miles and go to a different location

It’s fine. It’s a sandwich. Shrinkflation has hit everything and JJs is no exception. Cold Oscar Mayer precooked bacon on the JJBLT. Why though do they package stale cookies and serve them to customers? I used to love their cookies, but now they’re smaller, have burnt edges, and are hard.

I order a turkey Tom. Picture #1 and there is two little slices of tomatos in it I though it was turkey tomato sandwich but not at all. Picture #2 is the number 12 and again look at the tomatoes they put in the sandwich for almost $10 for sandwich this is very disappointing.
