I want to give a huge THANK YOU to these guys because I apparently live out of the area for delivery but they went out of their way to make my husband and I happy customers! I ordered from the store 2 to 3 times a week I’ve never had a problem before. Today I ordered and at 11:14 I got an email that it had been received it is now 1216 and I still haven’t gotten my food. I called the store and spoke with the manager Michelle who first told me I live in a gated community and the driver couldn’t get in. This is not true I am literally just a few blocks down the street from them and I’ve never had a problem getting the food delivered before. She was very very rude and refused to give me the number of her boss who is named Angie but said she would have her call me back. She said they are not allowed to give out that bosses phone number? I am very very displeased does Michelle was extremely rude and kept talking over me. Very poor customer service. She did call me back and explain that the driver had read the address wrong and that they will be giving me my food but she cannot give me a refund until she speaks to her boss and gets permission. Still waiting for my food

In the last 4 -5 delivery orders we have requested, the order has shown up an hour and a half or longer after ordering. We have also had the store call us on several occasions to say they did not have drivers to deliver the order. We can tell the sandwiches were made and sat around for over an hour before someone delivered them due to how soggy the bread was by the time we got it. If you want JJs it would be best to pick it up yourself from another location, because this location will let you down a majority of the time.

I used to be a 2nd assistant manager out in blair so I know the expectations, when it comes to blow aways when greeting and saying thank you when the customer leaves. I got a Suttle welcome when I walked in and no thank you when leaving, the employee on bread on the front line looked irritated and had the look of i didn’t want to be here right now. I’m only giving 3 stars because the lobby was clean and the sandwich was put quickly.
