Living life positively
I in noway blaming the employees (unless this is not the fault of the store’s policy) but we ordered the Tom Turkey sandwich and it was shocking…it had ONE THIN slice of turkey on it and the rest was loaded with lettuce…OMG! We’ve been going to Jimmy John for several years but no thanks to eating only carb bread..this is an insult..it is better to raise prices than to insult the customer. This sadly is happening everywhere from Chipotle to Arby’s…however, although more expensive…we now go to another sandwich store on Pacific and wow…what a difference. Many of these places will not make it a year from now when the economy truly will hit us hard locally. Done with it. Did inform the employee…she couldn’t care less…You need us we don’t need you as the saying goes

SLOW! Takes them 20-30 minutes to drive 1.5 miles. They used to be good, however in the lat 6 months, their service has been slow and the quality is not good either. Only order now when desperate. The 108th and Maple location is great however and will drive out there and back in the time it takes them to deliver at the 143rd and Maple store.

The service was like a bad microwave burrito. Warm on the outside and cold on the inside. They were welcoming and pleasant when leaving. This is the first time I had to bag my own order and the gentlemen were not pleasant.

Just stopped in to try and get a sandwich inside today manger let me know that they close the lobby at sundown because they have a history of getting robbed. Glad they are keeping themselves safe! I just went thru the drive thru and same amazing sandwiches. So surprised at all these bad reviews drive thru is always an option and if staff need to lock the door for safety it shouldn’t be an issue none the less I love jimmy Johns Expecally this location! Great food service and staff!

They forgot my chips on my order. Didn’t want to inconvenience their employees and make them drive back. I told them just wanted the chips refunded. The manager was kinda rude on the phone about it when I said “excuse me?” because I didn’t hear what he said. To which he started to yell in the phone. He offered me a store credit but it wouldn’t be applied to my account? Seemed really strange. Idk man, weird they cant just refund for the chips but instead to make their employees drive all way back out to deliver a bag of chips. Mind you, I just didn’t want to pay for something I didn’t get. I felt like the situation was made hostile by manager. They brought the chips and someone aggressively banged his fist on my door. Like not a normal knock. I guess, pop off Jimmy Johns. Was trying to be opposite of a Karen but clearly your manager there has some anger problems. Food was ok but situation was hella weird.

They are the worst Jimmy John’s you could ever try to get food from. You could walk from the other side of town quicker than they deliver and they really don’t seem to put any care into the work or quality of what they’re doing. If you’re to say something or call in questioning respectfully, you will also see what they consider customer service. Truly aweful order or dine it at any other location.
