Bread was hard and half my sandwich had almost no tomato and lettuce and the other half had almost no turkey (see picture). I won’t be ordering from this location again. This is terrible.

The lady working during lunch hours is rude. When we walked in to eat, she acted annoyed that we even came in. She was scrolling on her phone and put it down with frustration. The guy making the sandwiches was fast and wore gloves. Overall, besides the table being dirty, it was clean in there. We were not given napkins (because apparently they hide them behind the counter) and when I asked the lady for some napkins, she acted like the 2 napkins she handed me was such a big deal. Oh, it’s because she had to get back off her phone again. We were not greeted or thanked. We felt very un-welcomed and will not give this location business again.

Twice now they have failed to call and let people know there was no delivery driver. First, I called after waiting an hour for my food. The guy who answered the phone told me that he tried to call me but my voicemail wasn’t working. I told him I knew that wasn’t true because I had received a voicemail earlier that day from someone else and more importantly my phone never rang! Today, my sister ordered to have delivery to my house and when she called to see where her food was, she was told the same thing. Again, she never got a phone call. It’s understandable if delivery drivers are unavailable, but at least turn off being able to order delivery, and definitely stop lying about trying to contact people and actually call them!

They have screwed up my order FIVE times in a row now. The woman working the drive-thru is rude, argumentative, and doesn’t know the menu. Each time I order a SLIM 6, she calls it a veggie. That is incorrect. The #6 is a veggie, but slims are entirely different. A slim 6 is literally just cheese and bread. Could not be more simple. I have pointed this out to her each time, but each time she argues back with me and calls it a Veggie. All she has to do is look at the menu to know she is in the wrong. I hate that a sandwich gets wasted every time I go there, because she can’t place my order correctly. The man who fixed my order inside the store was apologetic and kind. But if the employee working the drive-thru can’t get it together, there’s no reason for me to return. P.S. The bread is also rock hard

Freaky Fast! I think NOT! Waited 20 – 30 minutes stuck between cars in the drive thru. When I got to the window was not greeted pleasantly – just, here’s your food. No explanation for the long wait, no offer of free cookie or coupon. My food was made fresh at least, but after all that, they got my order wrong! LOL

The staff welcomed us kindly, even with the unfortunate news of no turkey. While we ate our turkey-less sandwiches, we noticed the manager was slightly perturbed. She would had an aggressive tone and unhelpful guidance for her employees.

This location is horrible. I always order a #5 specifically because it doesn’t have mayo and I am allergic. I bit into the unwich and it was absolutely slathered in mayo. Extremely upsetting and they can’t do anything unless I come back and I’m not close by. I will not go to Jimmy John’s (especially this location) any longer. They are way too expensive for what you get and the quality has gone downhill.
