This location is a joke. I waited almost 5 minutes for someone to take my order in the drive through. Didn’t even have the decency to say “we’ll be right with you”. There were only a couple other cars in front of me and they took just as long. I was probably in the drive-through almost 15 minutes. I got the #13 with no mayo. When I got home, I discovered I was missing HALF the ingredients on my sandwich! There was no ham, mustard, or cheese. Only pickles and bacon on my bread. Very disappointing to have spent almost $13 on a sandwich for it to be missing HALF the ingredients. Definitely will not be visiting again.

I ordered a sandwich and added cheese. After picking it up and about half way through eating it, an employee (I believe his name was Nick, I apologize of that isn’t his name), called me to inform me he forgot to put cheese on my sandwich and offered $3 towards my next sandwich. This was very kind of him as I hadn’t even noticed there wasn’t cheese. I truly appreciate the initiative he had to call me and inform me of his mistake. I feel most places these days would just ignore these types of mistakes.

Typically ordering from here is okay.. sandwiches are decent and relatively quick. The order I placed today was not at all what I expected. They’ve been taking a little longer than normal to deliver so I ordered about 30 minutes before my break. I’ve been waiting well over an hour now and still have not gotten any communication. I can’t even call the store because the phone number is unavailable. Not sure what’s going on but this definitely wasn’t a good experience.
