I love eating here during the summer months because I absolutely love the Tai chicken wrap (even though I very much dislike the almost $10 price tag). But this location seems to always out of something- cucumbers, the crunchy topping, etc. so that’s a bit frustrating especially considering the price.

I order large orders from this location for work, frequently and never have an issue. They are always in time and the delivery drivers are friendly. I always try to order days in ahead so they have time to prepare however even on the days where that’s not possible, they are still always prompt and FSC Edge loves them!!

It’s deli meat on bread. Nothing to get too excited about. It’s the restaurant equivalent of making a “lunch meat” sandwich at home. So, it’s on par with a restaurant serving PB&J or cold cereal. Or, at least that’s my two cents’ worth. However, I seem to be in the minority as people frickin’ love subs. Don’t get me wrong. I don’t hate them. I just can’t get excited about a cold cuts sandwich.

I work at jimmy johns in Sioux City,Iowa. I have never seen such worse customer service. Employees weren’t polite at all until change was needed from manager. Took 14 minutes to just get my little John. Service definitely needs to be worked on from someone who works at jimmy johns else where. I was very disappointed

We have tried this jimmy’s several times. Takes up to an hour to get your food, they close earlier then they are supposed to, then just don’t deliver your food. sometimes drops it off at the door without letting you know they did. This last time, they said they don’t deliver to our street, but deliver past this street! If all jimmy johns were run this way, there wouldn’t be jimmy johns!!

Great customer service! We stopped here with our 2 littles while traveling I-80. They were super sweet to our chatty three year old, directed us to a nearby coffee shop, and weren’t alarmed when I took my pump stuff to the bathroom to quickly wash it. Definitely a great jimmy johns for eating in!
