Pro tip: it’s important to be psychic when ordering here. We went through the drive through on Dec. 19th around 4:45pm to get some grub. Not only did the worker fail to tell us the credit card server was down UNTIL we pulled up to the window after our food had been made. The worker refused to give us our food, telling us we had to pay in cash.

Do not order from this jimmy johns, I placed my order at 12, called at 12:37 to see how much longer it would be. She said for some reason it was set to be delivered at 1pm but that she would send it out. Called back at 1:10 and the guy I spoke to said they didn’t even have my order nor any orders that haven’t been delivered. Then tried to say they dropped it to someone outside of my office. Which isn’t true because I’ve been sitting outside the entire time waiting. Their customer service sucks.

Ordered from here online for delivery. Order went through no hiccups. The delivery guy showed up at my office to deliver my order and very rudely informed me that they don’t deliver to my location so not to order from there again for delivery. Also informed that the only reason they even delivered my order today was because they were slow. Absolutely rude.

Been eating here for years as there used to be shop right next to my office. Am traveling and told my wife how good their food is. Had to order out due to covid-19 CDC restrictions. When they deliver I look at receipt and find out they charged $35 to deliver two sandwiches and two Bags of chips (no drinks). Again, this is Omaha not NYC. Way to take advantage of a public health crisis to gouge the public. I bet I’ve had over 100 of their sandwiches but never again.

Ate here for years usually good. Recently went there and they gave me the wrong sandwich. Went back they gave me me no free item or anything to make up for it. Ate the correct sandwich and was left with food poisoning. Going to be awhile before I go back.
