I was in the drive through for burger king next door, their driver Charles honked his horn and told us to move. We couldn’t move without leaving the drive through line. When I called he answered and was immediately confrontational and when I asked for a manager he hung up the phone and refused my call back. I walked in and again he was immediately hostile and confrontational. All of the other employees were great and tried to provide information and deescalate the situation except Charles. He is belligerent and hostile, I would never get delivery from this location and risk that person coming to my door ever.

I usually LOVE this place but the lady who took my order, was VERY rude when I told her I was ready to order. She said “Okay, I’ve been waiting for you to order so go ahead” I was very off put by the tone and rudeness in her voice. She tried to tell me my total when I ordered one sandwhich and had a lot of other things to order. So I kept ordering and all I got was Ok and my total. Didn’t get my order read back to me to make sure everything was correct, and waited five minutes at the drive thru window before being helped with payment and I was the ONLY car in line at the time. Whatever crew was working the window and headset tonight were awful. Will be going to a new loaction
