Every time I order from there they never put the hot peppers, which is my favorite part of their sandwich. When I call to get them to deliver they say it’ll be a long time before they can deliver them. This is the only Jimmy John’s I’ve had this issue with.

Should really put how long a delivery will be on the website or order form. Approaching an hour waiting downstairs for my food. I don’t care how many orders in front of me. Every time I call just a rude reply. Could easily have walked there and back. So much for “freaky fast” I doubt it’ll even be fresh. Reading the reviews. They don’t really seem to care either.

Orderd my food on uber. Someone from the restaurant delivered it (7/12/23 6:15pm) and stated when dropped off… it’s all paid for but no tip. I always tip cash but the fact that he asked me to tip him is not right. Gave the guy $2.00 but after he ASKED me to tip him I really didn’t want to. The fact that you getting paid from the restaurant and somehow delivering the orders from uber you get your money, your not a server making 2.15 an hour. And honestly was going to tip already. I always tip cash on my delivered orders. But because you asked you lucky I gave you 2.00. #rudeaf #entitled

I visited this store on Saturday May 20th. When I ordered, I made sure that I was extra clear about what I wanted on one of the sandwiches. When it was made incorrectly, and I asked about it, the staff of employees couldn’t have cared less. They were clueless and borderline rude. Avoid this JJ location.

Great people here. Was having trouble getting catering for a corporate lunch. Walked into the store 10min after they opened and they took an order for 20 sandwiches, chips, drinks and cookies, and delivered it and hour and a half later. Thanks for the great service guys!

Delivery driver had my order on the ground as I’m walking to meet him to pick up my order. my order was on the ground. Don’t get me wrong yes I do under stand that is a option with door dash and Uber. I didn’t order through them I ordered directly from the stores website. I didn’t ask for my order to be placed on the ground that’s not what I would like as a customer for my order. I called the store to speak with the manger and informed him what happened the manger said okay in a nonchalant manner of he don’t care people ask for there order to be place on the ground all the time I said but I don’t and didn’t ask for that I asked for his name witch was Doug the manger and than he hung up in my face very rude and disrespectful.
