Ordered over app and waited then wait it again still have not received meals. Not fast at all I am going on 40 minutes. Jimmy John’s is failing at what they are known for. To add on to this after waiting for so long called up to cancel was hung up on had to call back totally disrespectful to customers do not go here stay away.

Jimmy John’s is absolutely my favorite sub place. Great atmosphere, awesome staff, and even better food. The subs are tasty and huge. Definitely do NOT skimp on the meat either! I highly recommend this place to anyone if you’re in the mood for a delicious sub sandwich.

This shop and poydras are in the running for worst in Nola. When the shop is open they are great. Currently closed at 1:45 on a saturday afternoon. Closed before 7 on thursday night.
