There is zero reason why this location should be below 4 stars. Service is always friendly and helpful and the food comes out fast and fresh. It’s a lifesaver when I have limited time on a lunch break and of the dozen or so times I’ve visiting, I’ve not had a single issue. 5 stars.

Customer Service was not all there. They do not tell you that you have to customize your sandwich at the cashier and not when your sandwich is up to be done. I’ve never came across a Jimmy Johns like this and its actually funny. The staff made me feel embarrassed like I didn’t know what was going on.

Owners should consider drug testing their workers… lol… I’m not nitpicky about that kind of thing but the employee helping me looked and acted high… I repeated my order five times and he still did not understand. I even had my order (one sandwich with two meats and five toppings, nothing crazy) written on a piece of paper, which I showed him, and somehow it was still incorrect. I’m celiac and lactose-intolerant, so I got a lettuce wrap with tomatoes, onions, pickles, avocado, and oregano, and ham/Turkey. What I received was a lettuce wrap with no tomatoes, no oregano, and cheese… I had to dig into my sandwich and peel apart the cheese just so I could eat it.

Worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. The tall blonde at the register was very rude! Also, for no reason whatsoever they didn’t have the dining room open. From what I could tell, it’s because the manager was out and they didn’t want to clean up after people. They forgot an item on one of our sandwiches so we had to go back and a different associate was rude to my brother. Luckily, we didn’t leave the parking lot yet. Overall, just an awful experience. I love Jimmy John’s but would never recommend this location.
