I love these sandwiches. So good. However I also love the kickin’ ranch and they are $1.30 per small container and they always put a quarter of ranch in the entire cup. Not fair to the customer whom is paying a whole $1.30 for a tiny cup in the first place. Do better

Went through the drive thru today and was overcharged for my order. Cashier did not give me a receipt but charged me $31.09 for 3 original sandwiches and two cookies after telling me that it would be $22.00. When i called later to let someone know “Trent” refused to even ackowledge my concern and told me to call tomorrow to speak with someone else. To overcharge me and then dismiss me like i don’t even matter shows me that this location is not training their employees properly. I will not be returning to this location.

The employees of this location continue to not comply with the state mask ordinance while preparing food and interacting with customers and each other. While I enjoy the sandwiches, I won’t risk my safety. I know for a fact a friend of mine has already brought this issue to the attention of the owner. It does not seem to be getting better.
