Horrible experience. Drink was 90% ice. Sandwich that was suppose to be one of their larger sandwiches was 1 slice thick of turkey. Order was not correctly taken. I will not be going back to Jimmy Johns.

So they close at 7 even though everywhere online it says 9pm, the food is normally really good but everything I come it is like 6:50-7 and the workers are busy trying to close that they don’t take your order. Overall please just update the site or stop closing so early

The food is good BUT the service was probably the worst I’ve had. My order was wrong. The manager, Gavin, came the window to confront me about how I ordered my own food incorrectly. When I explained that I did order exactly what I wanted he rolled his eyes. The remade sandwich was also wrong. Then, when I asked if he could cut it, he said no and asked that I leave. I feel considering the faces, rude attitude and eye rolls coming from him, my attitude stayed civil however he still felt the need to ask me to leave. I did leave and I will never be back. I will also tell everyone I know about Gavin so no one else has to deal with this type of abuse over a sandwich.

Absolutely disgusting, the bread was stone cold and hard. Ordered 5 sandwiches,took forever then when we checked bag there were only four had to wait again to get last sandwich. Will not be back to this location, definitely not up to Jimmy John’s standards.

7-2-20 2:50 PM. Ordered my usual sandwich at the drive through and drove up to the window. The man making my sandwich did not have a mask on. I told them I did not want it and drove off. Called the store and talked to the manager and told her what happened. This should not be happening with the situation we are in now. They are not worried with protecting their customers.

Doo not order from here within an hour of closing. I placed my order at 6:12 pm, and at 6:55 pm got a message saying my order will be delivered the following day at 10:30 am. SERIOUSLY?! Too lazy to deliver, so punt it too the next day. And who closes at 7pm?!

Gavin the manager gave the worst service ever. They got my order wrong. Gave them the sandwich to fix it only to receive the wrong order again. When I got the final sandwich it still wasn’t cut like I asked. Gavin rolled his eyes and said next time to clarify my order. Yes, he was trying to say it was my fault that he got my order wrong 4 times. I went inside to have the sandwich cut only to have gavin work on other orders and not cut my sandwich. When I got impatient I asked to cut my sandwich so I can leave. And he asked me to leave without cutting it while saying he doesnt have to cut my sandwich. My worst experience ever at a jimmy John’s ever, which usually has the best service. Gavin should not be a manager. Hell. He shouldn’t even be working a customer service job.

Do not waste your time or money at the Jimmy John’s in Gonzales Louisiana order delivery online apparently the changes I made did not go through instead of fixing it they waste another 30 minutes of my time after saying they would fix it to call me back and argue telling me they’re right after telling them I wasn’t going to argue about it and hung up the phone they called me back seven more times that’s just ridiculous borderline harassment. won’t be ordering from there again.
