Atmosphere is Jimmy John’s, I mean, freaky fast, freaky good, am-a-right? So we stopped by for quick good food and they delivered, well kind of we picked up since we were looking for quick food on the way home from a long drive. But in all seriousness, check out the bathroom, the wall art gave me a good chuckle .

Everytime I give this place a try I find myself disappointed. It’s the only sandwich shop that is consistently inconsistent. The reason I recently had given mutliple trys was because back in college I used to go to Jimmy John’s consistently since they were a good value at the time. Now I can confidently say they have no value. Not in the taste, not in the service, and certainly not in the relative price to their competitors.

Had an online order as soon as I arrived ordered wasn’t ready. Made the order when I arrived took 20 min oh and our order was all wrong they were out of sweet tea. Worst experience. It was obvious job wasn’t taken seriously. Definitely won’t go back!!

I’ve been going to this location for a long time and the service has always been great. This visit stood out and made me want to submit a review. Rodrick is the perfect example of what a great employee should be. He was nice, courteous, patient, and thorough. You could tell that he loved what he was doing and I felt as if he was smiling the whole time THROUGH the intercom. He made me feel as though I had his full attention even though when I pulled up to the window he was doing multiple things. Great service Thanks a bunch!

I never do this, but the person on the phone when I called to ask their hours (because a location 10 minutes away was closed when it’s usually open, so I wanted to be sure before making another drive), was so rude. I’ve never had such a rude conversation with so few words involved. Food is fine. Service is fine. Phone etiquette? Might need to work on that. I was so put off that I decided not to bother going after all. I’ve talked to people who personally hated me with more politeness than that.

Visiting a friend while on vacation. Ordered 3 wraps. 2 were OK. Mine, a Thai chicken wrap, was barely wrapped at all, thrown in the paper, sauce everywhere except inside the wrap. Couldn’t hear the person taking the ordered. Had to repeatedly ask her to repeat herself. Guys in the store seemed happy. Girls in the store seemed grumpy. Ordered mine with peppers. NO PEPPERS! How can you forget the peppers, it was right on the order slip. Rating = Not Good!

Tuna sandwich had two TINY scoops of tuna and, literally, ten pieces of cheese stuffed into it. Would’ve been great if it was supposed to be a tuna-flavored cheese sandwich.
