Very nice atmosphere, sandwich was filling and pretty good for the price and the staff were very nice! I came after lunch rush so there was no wait and my sandwich came out very quickly.

About a week ago I came into this establishment and ordered three sandwiches. The lady that took my order rushed me the entire time which was not a good experience considering I’ve never been in a Jimmy Johns before then so I had to look over the menu and there were no customers behind me so I was confused as to why she was being rude.

So I have to the barer of Bad News, if you been going to this Jimmy Johns for awhile and dont know the secret menu, I am sorry. I am willing to share it with you now, this is exactly what you say, JJ: Welcome to Jimmy John’s what can I get for you tonight? U: Can I get your favorite sandwich exactly the same way you like it. Then Boom , the sandwich Chef there goes to work, and makes you a Master piece. Have Faith in them, there the Experts.

Amazing! I study a lot in the library and they always deliver to me even though its technically out of their “zone”. They’re seriously getting me through my degree. Y’all are great, thank you!

Literally just left this place & had the worst experience. We ordered two sandwich meals both with regular chips & a sweet tea. They only gave us one drink & one bag of chips for our two meals. When we asked the cashier about the other drink & chips. He said we didn’t order it. We proceed to tell him that we wanted it & he charged us again after we paid for the sweet tea, Did not receive the chips. When we ask again about the chips, he looks at us & sighs. The worst customer service I’ve had in a while, we clearly asked for it THREE TIMES. This was by far the worst experience i’ve ever had at this establishment & will most likely not be back because of this experience.

Salad was wilted eve after pulling from the back. Doesn’t even pass for mediocre food the guys behind the counter were doing their job and doing it well.

Nice quiet place stop for bite and get a deal that going leave you stuff. The bread of the sandwich is kinda tough where ya have pull bread with your teeth to take a bite.

2 visits, 3 sandwiches. Weird looks on first visit but otherwise fine. 2nd visit they didn’t follow directions on one sandwich to cut it and the other had barely anything in it. 2nd time I went through drive-thru and they understood what I said and told me to pull up (to pick up the order I already paid for) then tried to charge me even though I already paid. I explained I paid in the app and they asked for my name, even though I already gave them my name. I also had to wait quite a while even though a few minutes before I got to the window the app said the order is ready. The kickin ranch has no kick. It’s basically just ranch with another color. It’s not an exxageration — it just literally doesn’t taste like it has any kind of spice.. even ground black pepper. They did follow directions for the extra mustard, though. I chose EXTRA because I figured they would barely put any if I ask for regular since that seems to be what places out here do. They drowned it in mustard. On the other hand at a place like McDonald’s on Dave Ward, if you ask for regular mustard on a large chicken sandwich, they give you a quarter teaspoon. I also chose the napkins option on 2 separate sandwiches and they gave me a single napkin in the entire bag. Thanks a lot, retards. So overall this seems like another typical chain in Conway that has workers who don’t even deserve minimum wage. Most places here seem to be that way. I don’t know if that’s how it is everywhere in the nation now or just a local problem.
