Jimmy John’s has served good fresh sandwiches. My bread and meat have always been fresh tasting. I tried a chicken wrap, and it was good tasting. I wish I could keep them from putting onions on my order when I request that none be put on my sandwich. I have noticed that the drive-in line seems to be taking a long time to get to order and then get my food. Not sure what has happened because the line used to be quick. Maybe it is because they cannot hear like we cannot hear them through the speaker someone ran over. I use the app to order my sandwich. I will start parking in the tiny parking lot, go in and pick up my food; after checking it to make sure those loud-smelling onions have not found their way back on the sandwich.

I like Jimmy Johns but this location needs some help. After having grace with them on multiple occasions I will skip this spot for now on. You can barely hear through the drive-thru speaker, it needs to be fixed or volume adjusted. After placing my order the cashier tried to hand me a cup dripping with soda and had the nerve to have an attitude when I asked her to clean it off. When I got home the sandwich I ordered with no lettuce or tomatoes had both inside. The lettuce was soggy and the crust was hard as a rock. Whoever made and wrapped the sandwich did a very poor job. I had to make my sandwich look neat before biting it because I hate when food looks messy. It’s so unappetizing.

I love Jimmy John’s, so I’m sad I have to give this one an average review. My tomatoes were soggy and did not taste normal. I don’t know what the heck was wrong with them but it was off putting. When I went to go inside, couldn’t. Drive through only. Lame.

Been here 5 times in the last month- four of those times it was the same guy at the drive through; got my order wrong all four times. Closest was a small mess up on sandwich and wrong side item. Worst was wrong sandwich, side, and drink – I corrected him at the window, and he still gave me wrong side and drink right after I told him the right ones.
