Good food and service, but prices are a bit more than you’d think for a sandwich shop (at least what id think). Family of 4 with 4 regular combos for $61? I checked the receipt and added it all up thinking something was wrong. Had bacon added to one sandwich and was charged $4.50 or so for paper-thin cheap bacon and not even very many pieces. Like I said food and quality are good but I just don’t see paying $15 for a 8 inch sub with a drink and chips being worth it.

So after a whole hour I called and canceled my order. The manager apologized offered a refund and said the sandwich would still be delivered and I could have it for free. The driver never arrived period.

A few months ago I ordered a sandwich that was missing ingredients. Called and explained, the manager was nice and said he applied credit to my account. Next time I ordered they couldn’t find anything. No big deal, things happen, I worked in retail a long time and understand that it isn’t the highest priority and mistakes happen.

It was my first time but not my last. I ordered the 18 inch #7 spicy east coast Italian and lemonade! The sandwich was prepared fast and personally delivered to me as I read the posted signs of inspiration! I ate in a booth that was just as clean as the spot less dinning area! I was engaged in friendly conversation with the staff of two!
