I used to rate this JJ location as a 5 but the last four times I’ve gone, it’s definitely not “freaky fast” and not even fast in any sense of the imagination. Even with no line at all it’s still a 15 minute + wait time. I will say though the employees have always been very nice and apologetic about the wait. I can tell the service has gone downhill considerably in the last 30 days.

We stopped here for dinner tonight around 8pm. The staff were friendly but we could tell they were exasperated we had shown up. We started to order when we noticed the food prep table & decided to leave. The food prep table was absolutely disgusting with food left out, sauce splattered & dried everywhere. It looked like they hadn’t washed it all day. Who knows how old the food was that had been sitting out. No thank you.

It’s a Jimmy Johns, if you’ve been to one, you’ve been to all of them. That said this one tends to take the freakishly fast concept well, and I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes for a sammich. The online app is awesome, I use it all the time to order ahead, pull up to the window, and drive off with food instantly.
