Went in starving and excited to eat a #4 turkey tom! Was given the “one second, we will be right with you” which is absolutely normal, then as soon as the employee went to the register we were told it would be 20 minutes due to another order. With two employees working, they gave the feeling of relief they wouldn’t have to make more sandwiches. I was so bummed, but should’ve listened to the reviews prior. 20 minutes is freaky slow and I was very upset with the way we were treated!

The food is good and staff is nice, but this is one of the slowest jimmy johns I’ve been to. Before I moved here my old jj’s had my sandwhich ready when i finished paying, this location will take about 5 mins to make it when there is only me and maybe 1 other customer.

JJ saved the day! Another local sandwich shop cancelled my large order (15 sandwiches) and the staff at Jimmy John’s Bentonville was accommodating, fast, and great quality. They fulfilled my giant order meanwhile serving other customers during a lunch rush. Can’t thank you all enough!
