Freaky Slow. I waited 5 minutes to even begin placing an order. I needed to repeat my order twice. I waited an additional 20 minutes in the drive thru without being greeted or provided an update. I left with zero personal interaction and no food. Very disappointing experience at this location.

Super slow. I’ve ordered on lunch break many times and it’s taken well over an hour every time. I’ve even ordered an hour ahead of time and It still took almost 2 hours to get to me. Doesn’t matter if I go in or if delivery it’s always slow. Worse with delivery

Jimmy John’s is quality as always! Everything tastes super fresh. I had the Club Lulu (Sliced Turkey & Bacon) and it was delicious! The bread was fresh out of the oven and still warm. The service is excellently quick as always at any other Jimmy John’s. I saw people receiving their food as they were finishing their transactions. The staff were super friendly as well! Will absolutely be going back soon!
