I purchased some gift cards and then ordered a sub. I had the Italian, and it was delicious. The bread was soft and easy to eat. The meats and cheese were layered well inside the bread, and they followed my requests to leave off the onions and go light on the dressing. All ingredients were very fresh and very good quality. It had been a while since I had eaten a Jimmy John’s sandwich, but this one reminded me of how much I enjoy their subs. The employees were very friendly and efficient. I will go back again soon!

I waited over 20 mins today to get a sandwich and they still didn’t have it made. They looked short staff, but it’s clear you don’t want my business if you take 20 mins to get out a sandwich during lunch at jimmy john’s. You have lost me as a customer.

Twice now I’ve ordered ahead of time. This time I ordered, waited 20 minutes, went to get it and they hadn’t even started it. The one person working (yes, just one) had zero sense of urgency and was the slowest worker I’ve ever seen in a Jimmy John’s, told me I would have to wait until he finished the to go order before me. That lady told me she had been waiting 35 minutes for six sandwiches, that she also loved ahead of time. Freaky fast is not a thing at this Jimmy John’s.

Ordered online more than 20 minutes before showing up. Showed up and order was not started yet. Waited another 15+ minutes to get our order made and they took there sweet time to get in done. No one was in a hurry at all. Not what to expect from a Jimmy John’s. Only one person working.

Sandwiches are ok. But it’s the service that really frustrated me. Freaky fast? Lies. This isn’t the first time. I only have a 30 minute lunch break. So I ordered 10 minutes before my lunch. I waited almost 40 minutes. My lunch was already over when they finally arrived. Even when I called and asked, they just said sorry and it wasn’t sincere. If you’re truly sorry, offer a free cookie. I have to say I LOVE Jimmy Johns!! They know me on a first name basis and when I call in they immediately have my information saved by my phone number. It makes check out quick and easy! My sandwiches are always fresh and delicious and service is always on point. I usually choose the delivery option and always time them. They have never exceeded 7 minutes from the time I hang up the phone to the time they are knocking on my door. It really is freaky fast!! I recommend this store to anyone!
