We’ve eaten at other JJ locations and they’ve been really good. This one, not so much. The employees acted like their faces would break if they cracked a grin, we were greeted with a “hello” when I returned with a “hi, how are y’all?”

This Jimmy John’s rocks. They always have my order ready to pick up. The food always tastes fresh. My only issue is as with all the Jimmy John’s is their limited delivery area. I always seem to be 1/4 mile out of their delivery area; So I am always picking up. I do recommend ordering online as they seem to be feeding all the hospitals and 1/2 of downtown. If you go in to order it does take a minute as they are supper busy AT LUNCH. It is the one place that if you have a LATE LUNCH, your still going to get fresh food. Only without the wait.

SOOO SLOW!! How are you going to charge a $4 delivery fee and then take over an hour to deliver?! Either stop doing deliveries or hire more people. Every time we’ve ordered it takes FOREVER. This time was the last. There’s better food that doesn’t take as long.

I ordered ONE combo meal, delivery. With food, delivery fee, taxes, 20% tip.. cost me $19.91 which is ridiculous but I paid it. Food delivered timely however sandwich not cut on half as requested and I received a bottle Coke when I ordered fountain Dr. Pepper.

The restaurant is nice and clean. Good place for some fast lunch. Only thing keeping it from a 5 star is the staff did not acknowledge me when I walked in and when I was ready to order. There was no one in line and it wasn’t that busy.

Arrived and was helped by a person with a mouthful of food. Asked for onions on the veggie sub, got none. Couldn’t confirm my order verbally since she was chewing. Took 6 mins for 1 sub which is not freaky fast by my standards

Had to share this sign inside we thought was funny. Friendly service, fresh food, freaky fast, very clean. Would have given 5 stars if they had a drive thru which they don’t so we ate inside. Handicap accessible and parking. I favor Jimmy John’s over their competitors because of the freshness. Wish they’d bring back the sprouts though . I really enjoyed those on my unwhich. ❤ Even still I like them the best because of the fresh veggies!!
